Overview
Saint Pius Tenth School is located in Rochester, NY and is affiliated with the Diocese of Rochester and certified by the State of New York. We offer programs in Pre-School through Grade 5 and have an enrollment of approximately 150 students.
Faculty
We have a staff of 20 professionals and support personnel. All faculty members and administrators are Certified by the State of New York and over 90% have a Master’s Degree or more.
Programs
In addition to our standard classes, we offer programs in Physical Education, Music, Art, Computer, Technology and Library Science, Full Day Kindergarten, Counseling Services and Response to Intervention Services in Math, Reading and English Language Arts. We offer a hot lunch program in our cafeteria and have a full-sized gym for sports, assemblies and other programs.
Other Activities
Students at Saint Pius Tenth School have the opportunity to participate in choral and instrumental music, intramural sports, school liturgies, Scouts, several after school clubs, and the advantage of a large, outdoor playground facility.
Transportation
Local school districts will provide transportation to and from your home, or day care provider located within your home district if you live no more than 15 miles from Saint Pius Tenth School. The following districts are currently providing transportation to Saint Pius Tenth School: Gates-Chili, Churchville-Chili, Wheatland-Chili, Caledonia-Mumford, Hilton, Spencerport, Greece, City of Rochester, Brockport, and Rush-Henrietta.
